How do I get started?
Start with the 60 free practice MCQs, browse Units 301–311, or try the Quick Recall demonstration. You can then choose individual decks, an eligible bundle, or Access All Areas.
How do I open resources I have bought?
Sign in to the same TDNSC account you used for checkout, then open My Account. Your purchased units and MCQs should appear there. Select Open Cards or Continue Practising. Purchases belong to the account, not a particular phone.
I have paid but my resource still looks locked. What should I do?
Please do not buy the same resource again. Check you are signed into the purchasing account, refresh My Account, and try the original checkout confirmation page if you still have it. That page may offer Restore my purchase. If access is still missing, contact TDNSC with the purchase date and resource name through a private support channel; never share payment-card details or login codes.
How does Quick Recall work?
Open a purchased unit from My Account, then tap a card to reveal its answer. Use Previous and Next to move through the cards. Random Quick Recall uses units you own. The learner experience is designed to save progress to your account.
Can I save my practice MCQ results?
The free 60-question activity and the paid 120-question papers have progress-saving features. For paid papers, sign in before starting so attempts can be associated with your account. Return to My Account to see saved results. If a result does not reappear, contact support with the paper and approximate date.
Where are my notes saved?
Open My Notes while signed in to create, edit, highlight, save or delete your personal study notes. Notes are designed to stay with your account so you can return on another device. Avoid entering any patient-identifiable information.
What is included in Access All Areas?
Your £12 purchase includes instant access to all 11 Quick Recall units (385 cards) and 120 paid MCQs. The 60 free MCQs, Revision Community, My Notes and Further Reading are also available. Interactive Activities and Workbooks are included as upcoming pre-order extras; see the product and purchase terms for delivery details.
Where can I find further reading and videos?
Further Reading groups external educational resources and videos by Unit 301–311. Choose a unit and open a resource to visit the publisher. External resources can change or become unavailable.
Can I ask questions in the Revision Community?
The Revision Community is for study tips and general dental nursing revision. Submissions may be reviewed before publication. Please do not include names, photographs, clinical records or other patient-identifiable details.
How do I ask about an order, refund or personal data?
Read the Digital Purchases & Refunds page and Privacy page for more information. For individual assistance, TDNSC currently uses @rdngee on TikTok to arrange a private support channel. Please do not post account passwords, login codes, payment details or confidential patient information on social media.
